Our lithium polymer rechargeable cells are manufactured based on the technologies used in making lithium ion rechargeable cells. However, they employ flexible aluminum foil package, instead of rigid aluminum case. Therefore, the size of single lithium polymer cell could be larger than that of single lithium ion type, resulting in higher capacity. In fact, the maximum capacity reaches 7550mAh. Similarly, the product could also be made in a smaller size as a result of the flexible aluminum foil package. With a wide selection of sizes, capacities and discharge rates, Li-polymer cells are processed to produce finished batteries for use in mobile phones, digital electronic products, tablet PCs, navigation systems, satellite positioning systems, model aircraft, electric tools, etc. Compared with lithium ion type products, they are more suitable for devices requiring small batteries, like Bluetooth, electronic glasses, and more.

Standard Test Conditions
The new lithium polymer cells should be tested within one month after shipment from our factory, and they shall not be cycled over five times before the tests. Unless otherwise specified, all the tests shall be conducted at an ambient temperature of 25℃ ±5℃ under humidity of 25% to 85%.
The cycle life test shall be conducted as the following procedures:
Step 1: charge the cell with the standard charge method;
Step 2: discharge it at 525mA (0.5C) to 2.75V;
Step 3: repeat Step 1 and Step 2 for 500 times.
The capacity after 300 cycles is expected to be not less than 80% of the rated capacity. The capacity after 500 cycles is expected to be equal to or more than 60% of the rated capacity.
Open Circuit Voltage: 3.6V - 4.1V during shipment.
